We are glad to confirm that USGS, Spokane, WA is now capable to work with finest fractions of EPD and other process products to successfully concentrate particles of a wide range of sizes from 38 microns to 0.5 millimeter of the heavy mineral accessories for any type of mineralogical research - from precious metals to diamond indicator minerals. We greatly acknowledge help of the geologist Niki E. Wintzer from Geology, Minerals, Energy, & Geophysics (GMEG) Science Center of the United States Geological Survey who made this installation possible. We wish our colleagues lots of success and many interesting new discoveries.
